Update KILLED MY CITY! - Cities: Skylines - Coniferia EP7

- In this episode:
We boot up our heavily modded Cities: Skylines save after a big update! Only to find it absolutely devastated! okay, okay, I may have... Satirizied some aspects. Ho ho Ho.

Nonetheless, the poor state of our region with disabled/broken mods made me realize that I would like for us to care a little more about the simulation aspects moving forward - in baby steps! The offices and commercial establishments of the town - as well as the Fishing Harbour - have lots of open job offerings! So for this episode, we're working on boosting the population of Pine Harbour, to better match the demand for more workers.
More concrete (pun intended), we're building a high-density residential area composed of 1970/1980s tower blocks - as well as expanding Pine Harbour to the north with an additional small neighbourhood, in the post-war style that much of the town's other neighbourhoods are built in.

- What's the rationale behind this project:
What happens if a washed-up-used-to-be-YouTuber gathers a bunch of "generic" looking assets (though mostly inspired by Australian / Canadian cityscapes) with the hopes of creating a Cities: Skylines region full of towns and cities that both looks realistic and are inspired by Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA, while at the same time don't really replicate any one particular style? No idea, let's find out.

Join me in this Cities: Skylines modded gameplay series as we aimlessly expand the region, and build new infrastructure, highways, public transit, industrial pockets, NIMBY-neighbourhoods, and bustling downtowns. And of course, use tress excessively to cover up any imperfections!
