Cities Skylines: Amar City (Part 7) - Brand New Islands

Today in Amar City I'm starting the construction of the 4th artificial island of the city, with its road layouts, RICO buildings and a bit of detailing. Since it's quite time-consuming work though, I'm considering leaving some of it out of videos in the future, doing it perhaps in streams instead and leaving the more interesting, thematic topics for the videos - but for now, I've taken the opportunity to talk about what's been on my mind recently and where I'm headed with the city.
