In this episode of GameSpot News, we talk about the announcement of a Splinter Cell Remake, Call of Duty’s Ricochet Anti-Cheat launching for Warzone and Caldera’s first patch. 

In this video, DeVante talks about Ubisoft Toronto leading a remake of 2002’s Splinter Cell. The game will be rebuilt from the ground up using Ubisoft’s own Snowdrop engine, which is currently also being used for the company's upcoming Star Wars and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora games.

DeVante also talks about Ricochet, the new anti-cheat protocol announced by Activision for its Call of Duty games, has been released globally for Call of Duty: Warzone on PC. As well as the latest weekly patch for Warzone going live. The patch includes the removal of areas where players could see and shoot through certain obstacles on the field and more.
