Everything is Bigger in Cities Skylines 2: Breaking 40.000 Population!

We're continuing the expansion of our sort of realistic North American-themed city Riverview and its metropolitan area, by finally developing the big heart-shaped island at the very center of the region. We go for a recreational hotspot, featuring an old Civil war fort, a large modern Ferris wheel, big parks and plazas, and Riverview Botanical Gardens! We follow up with large-scale expansions to the economy of Riverview through the new-zoning and up-zoning of offices, commercial establishments, and industry - before also upping the overall density of the two main cities through residential up-zoning and adding all-new low-density single-family neighborhoods but also some "public housing" projects!
