DMZ Damascus Dog Tags don't exist..

DMZ Damascus Dog Tags don't exist... because I can't find them! I've almost 100% completed DMZ but I have several passive Upgrades to finish and one of those requires me to extract a Damascus Dog Tag! Hopefully today @Stodeh and @Phixate can help me find one!
