Cities: Skylines II - St. Luke (Part 4) - Harbours & Farms

Welcome back to St. Luke! It's been a while. Today's episode is all about expanding the areas around the big city on the St. Luke map, adding harbours, farms and suburbs until it (hopefully) convincingly looks like the city is located in an real region.

The build is supposedly in the UK, so we're using the UK spelling for the title ofc ????????????✌️
