U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents (LPRs) who are qualified to fly but have not been fully vaccinated must provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 test one (1) day prior to their flight's departure. U.S. citizens and LPRs who are completely vaccinated must produce proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test three (3) days prior to their trip.
